Job summary

Celestica seeks a data-driven Inventory Analyst to support inventory control in our Texas-based manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in inventory management, data analysis, and material movement, helping track accuracy and managing non-working stock.

This on-site role requires ERP/MRP familiarity (SAP/Oracle) and collaboration with cross-functional teams to reconcile materials used in complex assemblies. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory management experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in SCM or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory issues and report on physical flow and system status.
• Support material plan execution and target level achievement.
• Conduct routine ERP/MRP data audits for accuracy.
• Monitor surplus inventory and assist in reducing non-working stock.
• Gather data for senior team to reconcile inventory with financials.
• Assist in weekly inventory metric reporting.
