Job summary

BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to work independently and with a team to support purchasing and production across multiple divisions while optimizing inventory turns and improving accuracy.

Responsibilities include approving purchase orders, managing item master and BOMs in Microsoft Dynamics 365, planning inventories, and preparing monthly reports. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field preferred.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Approves purchase orders.
• Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manages item master and bill of material tables.
• Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories.
• Prepares monthly reports.
• Maintains vendor pricing records.
• Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts.
• Develops and maintains product configurator software.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
