Job summary

BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to support purchasing and production efforts across divisions, optimize inventory turns, improve accuracy, and reduce aged/obsolete stock in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

The role requires independent work, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP is preferred, with responsibilities spanning PO approval, BOM management, inventories, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Advanced Excel experience required.
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Approves purchase orders.
• Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manages item master and bill of material tables.
• Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories.
• Prepares monthly reports.
• Maintains vendor pricing records.
• Utilizes and trains Material Requirements Planning and production concepts.
• Develops and maintains product configurator software.
