Job summary

BayView Industries of Green Bay Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to support purchasing and production across multiple divisions.

The role emphasizes optimizing inventory turns, accuracy, and reducing aged/obsolete stock. The ideal candidate will work independently within a collaborative team, leverage ERP systems, and contribute to monthly reporting and process improvements to sustain supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
• Advanced Excel experience required.
• Experience with ERP, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Approves purchase orders.
• Creates part numbers, routes, and bills of material in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Manages item master and bill of material tables.
• Plans, coordinates, and analyzes physical inventories.
• Prepares monthly reports.
• Maintains vendor pricing records.
• Develops and maintains product configurator software.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
