Responsibilities include coordinating orders, maintaining master data, and delivering reports to leadership while collaborating with multiple teams. Travel ~20% is expected; a four-year background in inventory control is preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in SQL, Viewpoint, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to support operations.
• Minimum four years in inventory control or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels and demand trends to guide stocking strategies.
• Coordinate product orders and inter-branch transfers to ensure availability.
• Develop reports on inventory performance for leadership.
• Maintain inventory master data and update pricing in the dealer system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and data integrity.
