Job summary

Sellars is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to ensure accuracy of inventory records and integrity across the organization. You will partner with Finance, Logistics, Operations and IT to identify discrepancies, drive process improvements, and support audits and compliance.

You will manage cycle counts, assist with month-end/year-end reconciliations, and generate management reports. The role requires attention to detail, ERP/MRP/WMS experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of inventory control/warehousing experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP and warehouse management systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory transactions and identify opportunities to improve control processes and system accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine audits, reconciliations, and data analysis.
