Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable is seeking an Inventory Accounting Analyst to maintain inventory records within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and helping close processes. The role bridges Accounting, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse operations to support precise reporting and financial results.

You will process transactions, verify data integrity, and resolve discrepancies, while participating in month-end activities and supporting audits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years in a cost/inventory accounting role in manufacturing.
Experience entering transactions in an ERP/inventory system.
Attention to detail with numbers and data entry.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem solving and clear/organized communication skills.

Responsibilities

Enter and process inventory transactions in the ERP system (receipts, transfers, adjustments).
Reconcile discrepancies between system records and physical counts; escalate variances.
Support cycle counts and physical inventories and post adjustments.
Review open/complete production orders for material consumption and finished goods reporting.
Verify BOM accuracy and reported production quantities.
Record scrap transactions and inventory adjustments with proper codes and documentation.
Assist with month-end inventory close and valuation reviews; respond to audits.
