Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel seeks an Inventory Specialist to perform inventory control and related accounting tasks under supervision. The role supports accounts payable, ledger maintenance, and inventory reconciliations in a busy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include month-end spot checks, reporting, and audit support. Requires accounting awareness and experience with inventory systems. On-site position with employer-paid benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• General and automated accounting experience.
• Knowledge of inventory control software and systems.
• Knowledge of business management systems.
• Knowledge of GAAP and practices.
• Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, inventory tracking, and general ledger operations.
• Perform month-end inventory spot checks and reconciliations.
• Prepare timely financial reports and research inventory issues for audits.
• Maintain internal accounting controls and policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
