Job summary

Allied Machine & Engineering is seeking an Inventory Compliance Coordinator to ensure accuracy of raw and finished goods inventory. You will verify received products, support cycle counts, and post transactions in Mapics.

You will monitor inventory anomalies, assist in disposition of obsolete stock, and maintain data integrity across inventory locations, reporting to the Special Projects Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using the Mapics application suite is required.
• Strong understanding of how inventory accuracy affects operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory.
• Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner.
• Audit/reconcile cycle counts and post transactions in Mapics.
• Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and implement resolutions.
• Monitor for inventory anomalies and resolve issues.
• Maintain data systems to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances.
• Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product.
• Manage mass inventory pulls.
• Perform other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager.
