ebm-papst in Farmington, CT is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and control processes within the warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will partner with production, purchasing, logistics, and finance to optimize stock levels and support operational goals. This role reports to the Logistics Manager.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years related experience and is proficient with ERP/WMS systems and SOP documentation.
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, transaction integrity, and inventory control processes within the warehouse and manufacturing operation. This role coordinates cycle count programs, investigates inventory discrepancies, and ensures inventory records accurately reflect physical stock. The Inventory Control Specialist collaborates with production, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support operational objectives.This position with report to the Logistics Manager
