Accurate Personnel LLC is actively hiring an Inventory Clerk for our Sugarland, TX location. The role focuses on issuing and receiving materials related to AOI purchasing and production returns, requiring a high school diploma/GED and 2–3 years of experience with electronic parts inventory.

The position runs 9AM-6PM, Monday through Friday, with a salary starting at $15–$21 per hour and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. Located in Sugarland, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage GI/GR transactions accurately and timely in the inventory system.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
• Support inventory tracking using SAP/MES inventory modules.
• Maintain custody of inventory and prevent loss or discrepancies.
• Keep inventory floor organized and compliant with safety rules.
• Follow inventory procedures and work instructions consistently.
• Report questions or issues to Supervisor promptly.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: INVENTORY CLERK IN SUGARLAND, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inventory Clerk to join our team in Sugarland, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing daily material movements, including material issuance and receipt activities related to AOI purchasing and inline production work order returns. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma/GED, 2 to 3 years of working experience with electronic parts, and more listed below.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $15-$21/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 9AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
• Located in Sugarland, Texas

Salary range based on experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all types of Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions accurately and timely within the inventory system
• Perform periodic physical inventory counts, including monthly cycle counts and annual inventory audits
• Support and facilitate inventory transactions and tracking activities using SAP/MES inventory modules
• Maintain proper custody and control of inventory materials to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies
• Ensure inventory floor and storage shelves are organized, clean, and maintained in accordance with safety and storage requirements
• Follow company inventory procedures and work instructions to ensure accurate inventory management and material handling
• Report any questions, concerns, or issues to the Supervisor or Section Manager in a timely manner
