Job summary

Dometic Bristol, IN is seeking an Inventory Clerk-Cycle Counter to join our global operations. This onsite role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels through cycle counts, data entry, and discrepancy resolution, with collaboration across warehouse teams.

You will regularly reconcile inventory, generate reports, and participate in audits to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency. A forklift operator license is preferred to support receiving and put-away tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities

• Inventory data management: Entering cycle count data into the inventory system, updating stock levels, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Identifying, resolving, and maintaining inventory issues: Investigating the root causes of inventory discrepancies, such as damaged goods, incorrect labeling, or system errors, and taking corrective actions.
• Reporting and analysis: Generating reports on cycle count results, identifying trends, and highlighting areas for improvement.
• Auditing checks: Performing periodic audits of inventory to verify accuracy
• Collaborating with warehouse staff: Working with other warehouse personnel to resolve inventory issues and coordinate receiving processes.
• Obtain/ Maintain a certified forklift operator license
• Perform other duties as assigned
