CJ Logistics America is hiring an Inventory Clerk for our Hazleton, PA operation. This role supports warehouse efficiency by maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring proper storage, labeling, and disposition of damaged or quality-hold items.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Excellent data entry and inventory tracking accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple items and priorities
• Strong problem-solving with logical reasoning
• Clear verbal and written communication for reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word; able to learn warehouse systems
• Knowledge of FIFO, cycle counting, stock rotation
• Adaptable to fast-paced warehouse environments
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration
• Ability to interpret instructions and conduct root cause analysis
• Forklift experience and ability to pass assessment

Responsabilités

• Perform regular cycle counts and physical audits; reconcile variances
• Enter and maintain inventory records in the WMS accurately
• Prepare documentation for inventory movements and adjustments
• Assist with receiving, counting, inspection, and records updates
• Maintain organized, safe warehouse area and proper labeling
• Identify inventory issues and propose improvements
• Conduct product/location audits to resolve discrepancies
• Analyze recurring issues and suggest corrective actions
• Support inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency initiatives
• Trace discrepancies using system tools; update stock status
• Manage damaged goods process and disposition
• Handle quality hold items and disposition documentation
• Execute inventory transfers to production and fulfillment
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse tasks as assigned
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely
• Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements
