CJ Logistics America is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse efficiency. You will monitor stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper storage, labeling, and accounting of goods. Experience operating a Crown forklift is required.

The role involves non-conforming products handling, quality holds, and various inventory processes in a hybrid warehouse-office environment. Stand-up forklift operation experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple inventory items and priorities simultaneously.
• Skilled in identifying discrepancies and solving problems through logical reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to verify stock levels and locations.
• Input and maintain inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) accurately.
• Prepare and manage documentation for inventory transactions (receiving reports, shipping docs, adjustments).
• Assist with receiving shipments by verifying counts and inspecting for damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free warehouse with proper labeling and placement.
• Identify inventory issues and propose process improvements to enhance control.
• Perform product/location audits and resolve inconsistencies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring inventory issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Support initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Trace and resolve inventory discrepancies using system tools.
• Manage damaged goods processes including disposal/salvage/stock return.
• Identify and segregate items under quality hold and document disposition.
• Execute inventory transfers to support production and fulfillment.
• Perform miscellaneous warehouse tasks as assigned.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
