Qualifications

• Experience conducting inventory/warehouse processes (receiving/issuing stock).
• Experience purchasing processes (contacting suppliers, purchase requests, procurement cards).
• Experience using computer-based inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Institution warehouse and canteen.
• Research requests for new products; develop specs; solicit bids; create purchase orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor ordering patterns; justify significant increases.
