Job summary

Wisconsin Department of Corrections seeks a warehouse/docking coordinator for the Milwaukee Secure Detention Facility (MSDF). You will manage receiving/shipping, handle Canteen purchasing records, and ensure accurate inventory control while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, delivering materials to internal users, and supervising staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience ordering and receiving goods.
• Experience inspecting shipments and bills for accuracy.
• Experience performing inventory counts and using related software.
• Experience maintaining inventory and stocks.
• Experience following up on missing items or invoice questions with vendors.
• Experience supervising, training, and/or monitoring other staff on job duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate the receiving/shipping dock at MSDF and maintain orderly warehouse.
• Perform bookkeeping for the MSDF Canteen purchases.
• Ship materials through common carrier and MSDF delivery system to intra-institution users.
• Store received materials properly and maintain a neat, clean and safe warehouse environment.
