Job summary

Tomarco Contractor Specialties in La Mirada, CA is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support Billing and Inventory. You will generate part numbers, maintain records in Sage and Laserfiche, handle inquiries, and assist purchasing, AP and AR to improve invoice efficiency.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of billing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Join a diverse team with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Billing experience with at least 2 years in an Office/Finance setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software.

Responsibilities

• Generate part numbers and ensure accuracy on each item.
• Maintain and enter accurate data in Sage and Laserfiche.
• Assist Purchasing, AP and AR with item inquiries and cost changes.
• Update inventory counts and maintain inventory records.
• Research the accuracy of product details.
• Responsible for all stock transfers.
• Process Kit Builder Inventory usage for all locations.
• Produce negative material billed in BOMs for Tomarco, CEAS and ISAT.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by management.
• Keep a clean and organized workstation.
