Job summary

Responsibilities include updating Sage and Laserfiche records, coordinating with Purchasing, AP and AR, and maintaining accurate inventory across locations.

Qualifications

• Billing experience: Minimum of 2 years in billing or related accounting tasks.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills for payroll processing and record-keeping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel skills required.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate part numbers and ensure accuracy on each item.
• Maintain and enter data in Sage and Laserfiche accounting systems.
• Assist Purchasing, AP and AR with item inquiries and cost changes.
• Update inventory counts and maintain inventory records.
• Research product details for accuracy.
• Responsible for all Stock Transfers and kit builder inventory usage.
• Produce negative materials billed in BOM for Tomarco, CEAS and ISAT.
• Complete other related duties as assigned by management.
