Job summary

AMS Fulfillment in Provo, UT is seeking an Inventory Auditor to perform advanced reconciliation across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. The role serves as a subject matter expert in inventory and audit processes, supporting internal controls and compliance initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), 3+ years in inventory/audit, and strong Excel/WMS knowledge. Forklift experience and bilingual ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years inventory or audit experience.
• 3PL and retail distribution experience strongly preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data filtering).
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Perform root cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy; validate adjustments.
• Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics; support client-specific compliance.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations.
