Job summary

• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Strong understanding of WMS transactions and inventory flows.
• Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings.
• Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; forklift experience a plus.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies
• Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy
• Validate inventory adjustments and ensure proper approval workflows
• Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics
• Support client-specific compliance requirements
• Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations
• Assist in annual physical inventory coordination
• Train and guide Level I Inventory Auditors
• Support SOP development and updates
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and IT on inventory issues
• Support operational functions with resources as needed
• Other tasks to meet goals

Job Location: UT 3581 S Mountain Vista Pkwy - Provo, UT 84606, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, The Inventory Auditor is responsible for advanced inventory reconciliation, performs advanced inventory audits, conducts root cause investigations, and supports internal controls across multiple retail clients. This role serves as a subject matter expert in inventory and audit processes and supports operational compliance initiatives.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct comprehensive audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping


• Perform root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies


• Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy


• Validate inventory adjustments and ensure proper approval workflows


• Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics


• Support client-specific compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of WMS transactions and inventory flows


• Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Forklift experience.


• Bilingual preferred, but not required.


• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to various temperature changes.


• May require standing or walking for extended periods.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.


• Flexible work hours, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods or physical inventories.


• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities as required.
