Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC in Provo, UT is seeking a Full Time Inventory Clerk to coordinate and process inventory per AMS and client procedures. You will report issues, receive shipments, and verify receipts in accordance with policies.

You will work with supervisors to maintain accurate inventory, transfer products, and support other departments while ensuring clear communication of inventory issues. Prior experience with InOrder and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years inventory control or related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• InOrder system knowledge is preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Supervisor or Inventory Manager.
• Follow systematic inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory control or count procedures.
• Transferring product from one location to another.
• Assist other departments when help is needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication on all inventory issues.
• Performs inventory moves.
• Perform and understanding of cycle counts.
• Perform and control physical inventories (able to provide directions and answers to count teams).
• Perform inventory adjustments in the system, and should be able to explain why adjustments are necessary.
• Export proper inventory report files from InOrder into an excel format.
• Verify and inspect incoming parcel and supplies.
• Data entry of receipts, adjustments, and transfers.
• Accurate filing of documents.
• Communicate with truck drivers.
• Communicate with Client Services.
• Properly dispersing shipments to correct recipients.

Job Summary: Coordinate and process inventory in accordance with AMS and its clients set processes, operating procedures, and policies. Report any inventory issues. Responsible for Receiving all parcel and supply shipments. Counting, sorting, and weighing all inbound shipments, and verifying the receipt of the same in accordance with the policies and procedures of AMS and its clients.
