Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking an Inventory Auditor to perform advanced reconciliation and audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will act as a subject matter expert in inventory and audit processes and support internal control initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive audits, root cause analysis for discrepancies, validating adjustments, and preparing reports with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years inventory or audit experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data filtering).
• Strong understanding of WMS transactions and inventory flows.
• Experience conducting investigations and documenting findings.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring discrepancies.
• Audit system transactions for compliance and accuracy.
• Validate inventory adjustments and ensure proper approval workflows.
• Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs and shrink metrics.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations.
• Assist in annual physical inventory coordination.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and IT on inventory issues.
• Support SOP development and updates.
• Train and guide Level I Inventory Auditors.
• Support Operational functions with resources as business dictates and time permits.
• Other tasks as required to meet goals.
