Mississippi Department of Employment Security in Tupelo, MS is seeking an Inventory Clerk responsible for regular cycle counts, reconciling physical stock with WMS records, and identifying variance causes to support accurate inventory control.
You will operate RF scanners, forklift equipment, and related handling tools, perform discrepancy investigations, ensure SOP compliance, and help maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment per OSHA standards.
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for conducting regular physical inventory counts to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy across the facility. This role involves comparing physical stock to records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), identifying variance root causes, and performing audits to ensure seamless inventory tracking and operational efficiency.
