About the Role
As an Inventory Associate, you’ll play an essential role in supporting overall operations by managing stock levels, performing inventory counts, consolidating storage areas, ensuring product is readily accessible for fulfillment and supporting warehouse operations as needed. You’ll be part of a supportive, fast‑moving team focused on getting orders out quickly, accurately, and up to our quality standards.
Training: We provide on‑site training.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours: 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm (no late nights or weekends required).
Responsibilities
- Replenish picking locations from overstock or backstock inventory
- Move pallets, boxes, and product throughout the warehouse as needed
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist with cycle counts and other inventory control tasks
- Keep receiving, storage, and replenishment areas clean and organized
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines
- Support other warehouse tasks as needed
- Consolidate pallets and organize backstock to maximize warehouse space
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for 8‑hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort with repetitive tasks and following directions
- Teamwork mentality, ability to work independently when needed
- Basic computer and technology familiarity
