Happy Days Dispensary in New York seeks an Inventory Associate to support Budtenders by handling back-of-house operations. The role emphasizes efficiency, accuracy, and thoroughness to ensure a smooth flow of products to the sales floor and to reflect our brand.

This part-time position (15–30 hours per week) requires at least 21+ years of age, legal eligibility to work in cannabis in New York, and comfort with computers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21+ years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in cannabis in New York.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about cannabis.
• Proficient with computers and inventory management software is a plus.
• Prior inventory, operations, and logistics experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support sales associates in maximizing the shopping experience for customers
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements
• Maintain appropriate stock levels for all retail products
• Count inventory at the end of each shift and assist in reconciling discrepancies
• Ensure all pick tickets are placed in bags with product prior to being presented to the Budtenders
• Refill inventory as needed into appropriate stock areas
• Assist in pulling customer orders placed by sales associate
• Work with manager and supervisors to address any inventory needs
• Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned
• THIS IS A FAST PACE, HIGH ENERGY POSITION. Must be able to lift 20-50lbs.

As an Inventory Associate, you will support the Budtenders by executing back of house operational functions. Your goal is to optimize back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless flow of product to the sales floor while bringing our brand and vision to life for our customers.
