Job summary

MAAG Gala, Inc. in Eagle Rock, VA, seeks an Inventory Associate to ensure accurate shipping/receiving and timely order fulfillment. You will inspect incoming items, tag and pack orders, and print packing slips using the current system.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, coordinating with teammates on consolidated shipments, and supporting quality and safety procedures in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical skills a plus.
• Forklift license or ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized.
• Independent starter, team player, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Identify and tag items to pack on Customer orders.
• Pack items securely for shipment on UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL and truck shipments.
• Use current business system to reprint packing slips and identification tags for spare parts orders.
• Receive and inspect commercial items ordered from suppliers.
• Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and to remove/replace items on inventory shelves.
• Work with other inventory personnel to consolidate multiple orders on coordinated shipments.
• Pull, issue and deliver items for job orders for spare parts orders, projects, and inventory.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

They help to promote the high standard of customer service that Maag Gala Inc. has built.
