Job summary

Reece USA is seeking an analytical SMS Analyst to optimize inventory performance, improve product availability, and support data-driven decisions from the Regional Support Center in Addison, TX. You will partner with Branch Operations, Purchasing, Category Management, and Supply Chain to drive insights and actions.

The role focuses on inventory analysis, data integrity, and continuous improvement through reporting and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, purchasing, replenishment, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or related analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems; familiarity with Solar Eclipse/e-Term Eclipse or similar ERP platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze inventory and operational data to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory, sales, and demand data to identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve product availability and inventory investment.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support inventory and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain inventory master data integrity and identify root causes of data issues; implement process improvements.
• Coordinate inventory redistribution, vendor return programs, and excess inventory reduction across branches.
