Job summary

Reece USA is seeking an analytical SMS Analyst at our Dallas-area Regional Support Center to optimize inventory performance and support data-driven decisions across Purchasing, Category Management and Distribution. You will analyze inventory data, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with branches and vendors to improve service levels and inventory investment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in inventory planning, purchasing, replenishment, demand planning, or analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience creating dashboards/reports using Power BI or similar tools.
Experience with ERP and inventory management systems, familiar with Solar Eclipse/e-Term Eclipse or similar.
Ability to analyze inventory and operational data to support decisions and process improvements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze inventory, sales, and demand data to identify risks and opportunities; recommend actions to improve availability and service levels.
Maintain and optimize inventory/replenishment settings (reorder points, safety stock, forecasting parameters).
Monitor ABC service level, DOP, replenishment effectiveness; propose corrective actions.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports; present KPIs and recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate inventory redistribution and vendor return programs across branches.
