Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Replenishment Analyst to join the Integrated Planning organization in North America. The role focuses on analytics, reporting, and decision support across Demand, Supply, and Replenishment, building dashboards and analyses that reveal performance gaps and risks.

You will partner with multiple planning stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, support scenario planning, and drive improvements in service, inventory, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis.
• Experience with planning/ERP systems such as RapidResponse and SAP ECC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute planning reports and scorecards.
• Perform data pulls to support reviews and leadership requests.
• Track KPIs including Dispatch Rate, inventory, forecast accuracy.
• Create clear data visualizations and Power BI dashboards.
• Support planning decisions with analytical insights and scenario analyses.
• Collaborate across Demand, Supply, Replenishment, and Customer Ops.
