Job summary

connect is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to support governance, financial reporting, and continuous process improvement across inventory operations. You will monitor accuracy, perform analyses, maintain internal controls, and collaborate with procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and finance.

You will collect and analyze data, reconcile accounts, support aging and E&O reporting, monitor variances, and help optimize aging methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory control or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze inventory data to develop reports.
• Prepare inventory account analyses and reconciliations for monthly/year-end close.
• Support E&O inventory reporting, carrying cost validation, and aging analyses.
• Monitor adjustments and perform variance analysis to identify root causes.
• Maintain aging methodologies and support aging inventory reduction.
• Analyze RMA/RTV activities and backlog reporting.
• Review transfers and investigate discrepancies.
• Support governance via ABC classifications and policy reviews.
• Participate in physical inventories and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly production activity reports and performance analyses.
