Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Shared Services Analyst to drive inventory accuracy and optimize distribution center performance. You will leverage business intelligence to deliver actionable insights and support across departments and with customers.

The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, process improvement, and collaboration to resolve inventory challenges while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
• Experience with SQL or similar data tools.
• Experience in a centralized environment supporting multiple sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3PL experience preferred.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Customer service & data analytics to improve carrier and consignee performance.
• Inventory management: align physical, WMS, and customer inventories.
• Produce health analyses and scorecards for Logistics Centers.
• Ensure quality compliance and traceability.
• Collaborate across CJ Logistics teams and with customers on initiatives.
