Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• CMRP/CPIM or APICS certification preferred.
• At least two years of inventory control/warehousing experience.
• Advanced Excel, data mining and LEAN/process-improvement experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics, investigate inventory variances and respond with corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory levels, aging, and obsolescence to inform decisions.
• Prepare and report quarterly and monthly inventory forecasts.
• Manage excess and obsolescence; monitor KPI performance.
• Apply LEAN methods to improve inventory tracking and accuracy.
• Audit inventory systems, processes, and controls and ensure SOP adherence.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor inventory accuracy monthly.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and implement fixes.
• Resolve errors on sales/orders, inbound/outbound POs, and transfers.
• Ensure Concord inventory accuracy and accuracy of product/item masters.
• Identify and implement additional process improvements as needed.
