The role requires 3–5 years in analytics, strong technical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional work experience as an Analyst with strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar statistical packages for data analysis.
• Experience presenting to Senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Some leadership experience with a team of analysts preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of analysts overseeing day-to-day tasks for legal placements.
• Deploy strategies in a business area as a SME and mentor analysts.
• Identify inventory gaps and optimize processes for legal/operations.
• Maintain policy documentation and change logs for updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
