Jabil is seeking an Inventory Analyst I to monitor inventory levels and traceability at Salt Lake City/Grantsville, focused on identifying discrepancies and root causes. This role requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration with multiple functions to reduce inaccuracies.

The position emphasizes data-driven analysis, use of Jabil software packages, and the ability to adapt to overtime and additional material handling tasks as needed in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a materials or receiving role or equivalent
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and customers
• Strong PC skills and familiarity with Windows-based software

Responsibilities

• Monitor all material transactions for assigned area(s)
• Identify, resolve, and determine root causes of discrepancies
• Recommend changes to eliminate recurring inaccuracies
• Overtime as needed and assist in material handling
• Minimize manufacturing downtime in the assigned area
• Perform regular component cycle counts
• Record inventory transactions in customer systems
• Assist in developing materials management systems
• Interface with supervisors, engineering, PM, and other functions
