Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY seeks an Inventory Analyst to analyze current inventory levels and movements across site and external sources. You will review cycle counts, discrepancies, and material flow to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

You will lead a team of Inventory Analysts, implement solutions for workcells, and support financial reports related to backflush, consumption, and RMA processes. Applicants should have strong PC skills and knowledge of Jabil software.

Qualifications

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Advanced PC skills, including familiarity with Windows-based software and Jabil tools.
• Ability to read, understand and write simple correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow-up on cycle counts and discrepancies.
• Provide solutions to workcells and optimize material flow.
• Analyze performance metrics such as downtime, inventory adjustments, and backflush integrity.
• Review material flow and authorize adjustments of inventory discrepancies.
• Provide follow-up on financial reports (backflush variations, consumption).
• Review RMA processes and ensure accuracy.
• Lead a team of Inventory Analysts.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Reviews and follows-up of Cycle Counts.
• Provides Solutions to Workcells.
• Analyzes performance metrics such as down time, inventory adjustments, rework list, Backflush integrity, material returns, line inventory.
• Reviews Material flow.
• Authorizes adjustments of inventory discrepancies.
• Provides follow-up on Financial Reports (Backflush variations, consumption, etc.).
