Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American distributor, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will analyze inventory data to identify trends, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements across our 15 locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in warehouse or inventory roles. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI is preferred, with on-site collaboration and opportunities to advance analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI and Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis to anticipate potential inventory discrepancies and identify solutions.
• Translate data and metrics into actionable insights through clear, concise reports and present strategic findings to leadership.
• Build, maintain and enhance reports using SQL, Power BI and Excel.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen inventory accuracy and ensure efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI and Warehouse Management System (WMS) a plus.
