Job summary

RTX Corporation seeks an Inventory Analyst to support the Inventory Compliance team at its US locations in MA. The role handles inventory accountability, induction, in‑place shipments, and review of material management procedures onsite in Tewksbury or Andover.

You will coordinate with production control, warehouse operations, receiving, shipping, planning, and other functions to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. A Secret clearance is preferred and required after start date.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience in the end-to-end supply chain value stream.
• Experience analyzing inventory data.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions based on MRP/ERP principles.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement of standard logistics processes within warehouse operations and related functions.
• Perform a variety of tasks and transactions related to the incoming and outgoing of materials, products and/or equipment within the inventory system.
• Build relationships and communication platforms with customers, internal and external, to ensure objectives and commitments are being met.
• Process inventory records that affect physical counts and inventory balances within Special Program Access.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure execution and continuous improvement of standard processes and participate in process improvement teams.
• Regularly generate and report on system health metrics.
• Troubleshoot system transaction errors and take appropriate corrective action.
