RTX in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Principal Specialist, Supply Chain Management to strengthen inventory integrity across U.S. operations.

You will drive accuracy, accountability, and compliance of material and system records while leading targeted analyses and improvements across cross-functional teams. The role requires 5+ years in logistics or supply chain, familiarity with ERP/MRP, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and 3 years experience.
• Experience with either logistics, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and enhance inventory management processes, including quotation, induction, accountability, system health monitoring, in-place shipments, and overall material compliance.
• Manage incoming and outgoing material transactions, ensuring accurate processing and documentation within Special Program Access.
• Apply MRP/ERP principles to support effective decision-making and maintain data integrity.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform inventory forecasting and trend analysis using metrics and analytical tools to strengthen accountability.
• Support audits and assessments (PMSA, CSA, and customer reviews) to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, analyze, and report system health and performance metrics; identify and implement process improvements.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to ensure objectives and commitments are met.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to promote process discipline, standardization, and compliance.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accountability, and overall inventory performance.
• This position will be onsite at our Carrollton, TX location.
