Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Inventory Analyst to optimize inventory levels and manage the end-to-end product flow for assigned brands. You will analyze data, monitor stock levels, and identify opportunities to achieve financial and strategic objectives in collaboration with Planner and Merchant.

Responsibilities include forecasting, PO placement and adjustments, analytics support, vendor relationship management, and weekly cross-functional collaboration to maintain KPIs and stock availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in inventory, planning, merchandising, or supply chain.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of inventory strategies with Planner.
• Manage end-to-end product flow for designated brands to hit KPIs.
• Place POs based on forecasts for weekly replenishment and promotions.
• Support decisions with analytics/insights to optimize sales and productivity.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor fill rate and on-time delivery.
• Drive sales, margins, inventory turn, and in-stock levels towards KPIs.
• Review forecasts weekly in forecasting and replenishment systems.
• Track product arrivals and follow up on escalations.
