Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Montgomery, AL seeks an Inventory Analyst to manage tool and equipment inventory across the site, ensuring calibration compliance and timely checkout for technicians.

You will collaborate with Procurement, maintain digital inventory systems, generate audits, and support dashboards. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inventory management and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory software or asset tracking tools.
• Ability to work with technicians and leadership.
• Ability to lift/move tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of company-owned tools, PPE, ladders, carts, test equipment, and materials.
• Track client-owned test devices and equipment (e.g., EXFO units, OTDR testers).
• Develop and manage the tool check-in/check-out program for technicians.
• Monitor calibration schedules and ensure timely maintenance.
• Submit purchase requests and reconcile incoming inventory with Procurement.
• Maintain digital inventory systems and record all movements and disposals.
• Support reporting needs, including dashboards and audit summaries.
