Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support our Data Center Operations team. You will track, manage, and maintain all company-owned and client-owned tools, equipment, and materials across the site, and coordinate purchasing with Procurement to keep technicians equipped and compliant.

The role requires 2–4 years in inventory-related fields, strong organization, and experience with asset-tracking software.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of inventory management, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using inventory management software or asset tracking tools.
• Ability to understand basic technical tools and equipment used in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of company-owned tools, PPE, ladders, carts, test equipment, and materials.
• Track client-owned test devices and equipment and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and manage tool check-in/check-out program for technicians.
• Monitor calibration schedules and ensure timely processing of calibrations.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and generate audit reports.
