Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or education.
• A high degree of dependability, maturity, and responsibility.
• Experience with reconciliations, records keeping, and accounts payable is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, update, and report on various inventory items.
• Create and issue cut tickets for plate and non-plate.
• Follow up on allocated/not used plates and other items as needed.
• Assist with cycle counts and yard audits.
• Maintain records retention for shipping paperwork and other items as necessary.
• Assist Buyers with closing line items and matching with accounts payable.
