Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join our Clinton, IL plant. You will report to the Materials Manager and work with Materials, Shipping, and Operations to keep inventory levels accurate and up-to-date.

Responsibilities include entering and tracking inventory, supporting cycle counts, reconciliations, and coordinating with Buyers and AP to close line items. Compensation ranges from $49,000 to $62,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience or education required or preferred.
• Experience with reconciliations, records keeping, and accounts payable is preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing facilities is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, update, and report on various inventory items
• Create and issue cut tickets for plate and non-plate
• Follow up on allocated/not used plates, and other items as needed
• Assist with cycle counts and yard audits
• Maintain records retention for shipping paperwork and other items as necessary
• Conduct purchase card reconciliations
• Expedite accounts payable past due items
• Assist Buyers with closing line items and matching with accounts payable
• Create job folders for Plate Buyers
• Create job packets for the Bolt House
• All other duties as assigned
