Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, a subsidiary of Arcosa, Inc., is seeking an Inventory Analyst for our Clinton, IL plant. You will enter, track, and report on inventory, collaborating with Materials, Shipping and Operations to keep stock levels accurate.

We require at least 1 year of related experience, dependability, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected. Salary ranges from $49,000 to $62,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience and/or education is required.
• A high degree of dependability, maturity, and responsibility.
• Experience with reconciliations, records keeping, accounts payable is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Regular and predictable attendance and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter, track, update, and report on inventory items.
• Create and issue cut tickets for plate and non-plate.
• Follow up on allocated/not used plates and other items.
• Assist with cycle counts and yard audits.
• Maintain records retention for shipping paperwork and other items.
• Conduct purchase card reconciliations.
• Assist Buyers with closing line items and matching with accounts payable.
• Create job folders for Plate Buyers.
• Create job packets for the Bolt House.
• All other duties as assigned.
