Job summary

K&G Fashion Superstore is seeking an Allocator to join the Allocation and Merchandising Systems team in Atlanta. The role focuses on inventory management for assigned product categories and supporting the Planner in achieving company goals.

Strong math acumen and a willingness to learn allocation tools are required. The position reports to a Senior Planner and involves working with Planners, Buyers, stores, and the DC to optimize product availability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 years retail experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and database applications; macros a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate allocations to support inventory plans and store service levels.
• Collaborate with Planners and Buyers to develop allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with stores and DC to ensure product availability.
• Monitor purchase orders and allocation performance; report variances.
• Analyze data to recommend continuous improvement in allocation processes.
• Provide reports and ad hoc analyses to cross-functional teams.
