Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 years’ retail experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use databases; including building spreadsheets and macros.
• MicroStrategy reporting experience a plus.
• Extremely detail oriented and able to analyze down to the lowest level.
• Ability to work closely with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely allocations to support inventory plans and store service levels.
• Develop allocation strategies with Planners and Buyers.
• Ensure product availability with stores and DC.
• Monitor purchase orders.
• Monitor allocation effectiveness.
• Manage DC inventory to determine business needs.
• Make recommendations to plan continuous improvement.
• Provide reports and ad hoc analysis to cross-functional teams.
