Responsibilities

• Reconcile incoming orders and fix stock discrepancies.
• Keep complete packing slips with printed accounting reports.
• Match invoices to packing slips/orders and approve them.
• Maintain daily delivery appointment book for dock workers.
• Answer phones when needed and route inquiries appropriately.
• Track and enter data into the warehouse management system.
