Job summary

Auto-Wares Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Coldwater, MI distribution center. The role focuses on shipping/receiving, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and handling orders on the dock. Expect a fast-paced environment with physical work requirements.

The shift is 1st, 7am-3pm, Sunday-Thursday, with training and certifications provided. We offer competitive pay, PTO/holidays, comprehensive benefits including 401k with company match, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Pass background check and limited drug screen.
• Able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (training & certification provided).
• Load and unload delivery trucks on the dock
• Pull customer orders using handheld scanners
• Lift, stack, wrap, and secure merchandise for shipment
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Rotate through various warehouse tasks and job functions
• Report product damage and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Assist with training new team members
