Job summary

Auto-Wares Group in Warren, MI is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Clerical Associate for our daytime shift. You will support administrative and supply chain tasks, track inventory, and enter data into the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include reconciling orders, matching invoices to packing slips, maintaining delivery appointment books, and answering calls on a multi-line system. Must lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling incoming orders
• Fix discrepancies from stock orders
• Keep complete packing slips with printed accounting report
• Match invoices to packing slips/orders and approve
• Maintain delivery appointment book daily for dock workers
• Answer phones when needed
