Chick-fil-A South Edmonton Common is seeking a Warehouse Team Member at the Lakeland Distribution Center in Lakeland, FL. The role focuses on unloading, picking and loading products with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (Mon-Sat, 7:00–5:30) and a competitive $21.50/hour pay rate.

Qualifications

Extreme temperatures: –10F to 100F rotation is required to keep our food safe.
Lift up to 65 pounds per case; can move up to 2,000 pounds with assistive equipment.

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow verbal instructions and paperwork.

Responsibilities

Unload, stage, pick and load products.

Overview

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Lakeland Distribution Center located in Lakeland, FL. Schedule

Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done:

4-Day Workweek (4, 10 hour days)
The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends and holidays

$21.50 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Team Member, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
